Purposefully designed for both relaxation and adventure, this spacious and stylish retreat offers expansive open Gulf views, a private beach area, protected marina dockage, and seamless access to the water—making it a perfect getaway for boaters, families, and friends seeking the best of Keys living.

Please Note: Keys Launchpad is part of the brand-new Emerald Flats development, where a few neighboring homes are still under construction. While your home is fully completed and private, guests may experience daytime noise or activity. Our current rates reflect this and have been adjusted to account for the potential inconvenience.

This luxury home features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms (including one with a bathtub):
– Primary King Suite
– Two additional King Bedrooms
– Two Queen Bedrooms (one with two Queens)

Location
Situated in the heart of Marathon, Keys Launchpad is within walking distance to beloved local restaurants, Marathon Community Park, and a variety of water activities. A short drive takes you to Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Islamorada, and even Key West—giving you endless options for adventure and exploration.

Booking Policies
Minimum Stay:
A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulation. Maximum occupancy is set by the city and includes all adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy:
We observe a strict 60-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus processing and administrative fees. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the dates, in which case a full refund (minus fees) will be issued.

Contract:
A digital contract will be sent via Adobe E-Sign upon booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival.

Payment Options:
Reservations include credit card processing fees by default. To avoid these fees, guests are welcome to pay via check or bank transfer (EFT).

– American Express: Additional 0.99% fee
