Sit back and enjoy some tropical therapy in beautiful Key Colony Beach, known as the 'Gem of the Florida Keys.' Within minutes of all the conveniences of Marathon, this little island paradise will quickly become your home away from home. In the mood to just relax? Kick back with a cool island beverage on the palm-shaded deck overlooking the canal. With access to great fishing, diving, and snorkeling, this home is perfect for everyone!
This adorable two-bedroom, two-bathroom has brand new hardwood floors through out the bedrooms and living area. The open living space is right off of the back porch allowing you the perfect view at the end of the day. The main bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has two twins and is directly across the shared bathroom for the house. Perfect for a couple or a small family, the house can sleep up to 5 people with a small rollaway cot.
This house is located on a 100 foot-wide canal with a 37-foot dock and a fish cleaning station. Enjoy HDTV and WIFI internet access while overlooking the canal. The home has quick access to Vaca Cut bridge and the Atlantic Ocean.
This Florida Keys vacation rental is ideally located midway between Key Largo and Key West, off the coast of Marathon -- home of the best fishing and diving in the Keys. You'll enjoy an eastern exposure with sunny mornings and shady afternoons. Room for 2 vehicles parked on site no boat trailers. Boat trailer will need to be parked on 8th Street for $100 per week or $200 for the month through the city of KCB. No exceptions.
Key Colony Beach has restaurants, a post office, a 9 hole-golf course, Sunset Park, and two playgrounds that are all within walking distance from the house.
There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Coco Plum is a 6 minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 16 minutes away, and Curry Hammock State Park is 9 minutes away from the home.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Not properly working A/C 1st hot water for first 3 days. I could have called property management sooner but waited. When I did they came right away and repaired. Outside deck has nails and screws popping up and several boards cracked and splintered(careful with bare feet). Would consider renting again.

From the moment we booked our trip I kept looking at pictures of the property and imagining what it might be like. From the moment we walked in, our expectations were met and then superseded. This is an extremely clean, well maintained property that oozes comfort and charm from the wood beams in the family room to the spectacular views of the canal. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need during your stay. There were even some condiments/etc left behind to use. Easy washer dryer access with new machines. Beautiful outdoor grill situated downstairs for easy use to eat outside with picnic table and views of the canal. Additional dining areas inside the kitchen and outside on the upstairs deck with table and chairs. Extremely easy communication with the property manager and all the information we needed for our stay. We rented a boat and enjoyed the easy access to the ocean with this property on the canal-5 minutes to the water and a 25 min boat ride to coffins patch which ended up being a spectacular snorkel spot. We’ve snorkeled and dove many places in the Caribbean-etc and we both said this was the best. We can’t wait to book again for next year!!!!

We were very happy with this rental. Perfect size for family with two small kids. The Cabana club is a great perk, and were glad we didnt get a house with a private pool instead. Overall loved Key colony and this house was clean and well kept.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean, very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Extremely well equipped kitchen for a rental which was great because our college kids apparently miss home cooked food and preferred that many night to going out. Nice newer grill as well. Rented a boat for the week for fishing and sandbar relaxing. Cabana club was also a plus for beach and pool/hot tub. Walking /biking lane everywhere in Key Colony. Would definitely rent again on return visit to Marathon.

This was a great escape home for our family of 3. Home is spotless, we’ll furnished and we’ll equipped. We overpacked as the home had linens towels and a well stocked kitchen.
Check in was easy and on time.
The dock was the perfect height for a smaller 13’ boat.

Very lovely, clean & comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home located on Key Colony Beach. Home had everything we needed for cooking. Centrally located on Marathon for ease to other Keys. Canal front, easy access to Cabana Club for pool swimming and small beach. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great restaurants close by. Would definitely rent again!

Just returned from week stay at Tropical Therapy and it was indeed "tropical therapy". House was extremely clean and everything was in excellent condition. It is obvious that the owners take great care of this. Caught lots of fish and cleaned them right at the bait table by the dock which was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend this location.

We had a great time for a month. The rental was great, well equipped and very clean.
Only comment would be it needs better chairs and table in the front yard.
Key Colony is geared for fishing, if your not a fisherman, little to do. The cabana club is very crowded and couldn't find seating several days.

We had a wonderful time in this unit. The dock space is great, fish cleaning table, bait freezer. This home was immaculately clean and stocked with many things we needed to make our stay easier. Location is great with quick access to both the gulf and ocean. We were moved to this location last minute and we were so glad it was available!

We can't wait to get back to this house. The place is a duplex but it's actually two standing houses joined by a common outside walkway and stairs. The house and grounds were spotless, new furniture, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The description was exact with no surprises. Our host was Paulette with Remax who met us at the house and was ALWAYS available by phone to answer any questions. Key Colony is as nice as it gets with two excellent restaurants as well as the Cabana Club with a beach which we will check out next time.
